The Vidyalaya is located in the village Harishingpura, distt. Karnal and
situated about 12 km from the Panipat Bus Stand. Local buses regularly ply from
the Panipat Local Bus Stand. The Vidyalaya was established in 2003 and was
earlier sanctioned till class Vth. Later on, it was upgraded to class VIIIth.
Presently the highest class in the Vidyalaya is class XIIth Commerce. The
Vidyalaya has student strength of around 781 students. The Vidyalaya is having
its own computer lab with 14 computers. Additional rooms for AV Aids, Junior
Science lab, Activity room, and Sports room have been constructed. The Vidyalaya
proudly boasts of a beautifully decorated BOTANICAL GARDEN, MATHEMATICAL GARDEN
AND KITCHEN GARDEN, displaying a vivid collection of flora.
Our Mission
KVS has a four fold mission viz:-To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees including defence and para military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education.
To initiate and promote experimentations and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like CBSE, NCERT, etc.
To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of “Indianness” among children.
